TLDR: You are here because you probably have done your research and need no more convincing. I always wanted fast internet but it was not available / too expensive. Suddenly there's an influx of ads for Community Fibre on Instagram. Sceptical at first I did my research and went for it. Haven't looked back since!

Background
I had heard of Community Fibre but availability was poor at the time. I had been looking at Hyperoptic the years prior but they were not available in my area and also incredibly expensive. Then about December 2020 I'm greeted by a man in high vis abseiling outside my flat (old council block in Bethnal Green) and there was whole team running cables to the entire 10 storey block. I grabbed the offer at the time which was a very good deal for 1 gig and a 24 month contract. Cheaper than my Virgin 200mb 'deal'.
I did my research and was ready to switch but had no idea where to go. I was surprised at the sudden explosion of availability, but it must be due to the Govt. Digital UK plan (subsidies, grants etc).
Usage and Speed
Very fast. In my two person house hold, both working from home on a 1gb fibre connection we can stream Netflix/ Youtube at 4K, log on to work, video conference and game at the same time. I have multiple downloads running each at ~35mbps and browse the internet without any noticeable slowdown. The Velop mesh thing also seems to handle my mini home server OK when I am transferring files wirelessly.
No complaints at all. Speeds are as advertised. You get two decent Linksys Velop Mesh units and a modem. They ask you to test your speed via the Lynksys interface which will show you the actual connection through their fibre to the exchange which is pretty much always ~990mb up and down.
If you test via speedtest.net or google it will show slower and fluctuates depending the time of day, but this is normal and an accurate reflection of your experience.
People who experience speed or connection issues: most of the time the issue is your network/ computer.

Feedback/ Improvement
They do not seem to have an obvious 'log in' page for you to see your account. But I could just be being dim. Currently Community Fibre seem to be running their entire operation via Zendesk and email (which is fine) but I'd like to be able to see more details about my account. That said, I've had no problems with customer support and they are super responsive via email and Zendesk.
According to an email I received in August last year, they are working hard on developing a billing portal.
Maybe somebody from Community Fibre can pitch in?
